Welcome @Urban2Wild.RAV! The 2025 RAV4’s lumbar support is usually adjustable via a knob or button on the driver’s seat. It lets you increase or decrease firmness and sometimes moves the support up or down. Have you tried adjusting it while driving to see what position eases your discomfort?
